You need to know their experience. It is not always a necessity that you need a Crossfit trainer, but when you do hire one, make sure that they know what they are doing. Get someone who has specialized in Crossfit for at least a year an have the experience and know how when it comes to teaching a variety of students that also come from different backgrounds. That means not just someone who likes teaching kids fitness but also goes into teaching adult classes. A good trainer will be able to make adjustments for the sake of the student and make sure that the student is still able to execute the movements without experiencing pain. If your trainer insists that you do a movement if after you have saif that the exercise is hurting your knees or other parts of your body, then it’s time to start looking for a new trainer.
